Looking to buy

Hi I am looking to buy a 2bed apartment in murcia on, a resort, now I am no new to this as I was one of those that bought on the ill fated trampoline Hills golf resort. 

Iv a young family and we are looking somewere relatively cheap with pool access. Upon googling I have seen 2 beds in alham de murcia (think this resort) that look appealing however I'm very very anxious about going through another ordeal like trampoline hills.

I would be very very grateful of any information about this resort, best place to buy from, hidden charges, mortgage costs etc etc

Some good priced 2 bed apartments on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, next to the pools , just over 100k good sizes some of them .

Google Spanish properties under €100,000..you will be surprised whats on offer.

Property on la torre golf loads of apartments under 100k and some townhouses can be had for around 100k 

Curiousity got the better on me and i had a look at what is available.

As they say Location Location Location - we are on Roda Golf and therefore close to many things but sadly now not 7 minutes from the airport.

It may be stating the obvious but check the hidden costs. One 'bargain priced' townhouse that would meet yoru budget with a slight reduction is across the road from ours. They have the biggest community fees on ROda as there are two very nice pools plus underground parking and lifts, We have the lowest apparently as we have a small pool, own parking and no lifts or garages to maintain. 

You are wise to pick a 'Resort' or proper urbanisation as Roda does have good security and management but has it's moments of course.

For the money you may get a nice two bed villa instead of an apartment.

How much are fees on Roda Golf for a town house I have just sold a 2 bed villa on Mar Menor Golf Resort and the fees are 100 apx. With internet included.

Not sure which fees, are you talking about the community fees, ours includes gardening aand painting with a smal pool for 8 semi detatched villas / townhouses. Fees are not much more than 110 Euros.

Acreoss the road are a community of i think of 19 townhouses with underground garages, llifts and two very nice large pools but apparently the highest community fees for Townhouses on the development.

Addtionally the Entidad (Urbanisation Fees) and Local Council fees have to be paid.

Yes it is the community fees I am talking about that also includes the gardening because my property was on Mar Menor 2 I could use all the pools, I also paid 380 ish a year for IBI to the town hall .
