Although this is the second thread for this development - it relates to the same property as Linda and Stuart Ferrier, as we are going into this venture jointly.  This is our first venture into the Spanish property market and  I would also be keen to exchange information and speak to others considering buying on this development.

Hi  I'd like to say 'Hello' to my prospective new neighbours at Mirador in Cox.   We've bought No 18 (upstairs).    Only found this site this morning and very pleased to find a link with some ( hopefully) new friends.

My husband and I are Welsh/British and are also taking our first plunge into the Spanish market - doing so with a certain amount of trepidation but also excitement.   We are nearing (early) retirement and would love to make contact with any of our future neighbours.

I'm disappointed about the delay until March, but must admit my better 'arf was delighted that he could keep those moths in his wallet a bit longer !!

Is there anyone out there who are experienced and can pass on information re pros and cons of shipping out / driving van out furniture to Spain?

welcome to mirador forum,congrats on your excellent choice of property in cox,lovely area /views etc.

eyeonspain is very good for all your info etc and there are plenty posts on furniture ,be it brining it with you or purchasing new etc.hopefully we will have our properties before march if all goes well.looking forward to meeting all new neighbours on completion of our property.
