ROYAL CABAPINO

I have been taking a look on the Senorio de Roda Message board and photographs as it is the same developer ( I think) and are  in front of us in build time and  I also have a colleague at work who has purchased there. They have been a bit slow in some of the completion paperwork coming through which has caused some concern but i think this has been due to the town hall. Some of the photographs look excellant and most of the commments about build standard are complementary so hopefully LTR will be the same. Might be worth a look.

I have also followed some of the frustration that some of the Buyers have experienced at S de Roda, it appears there were many changes in the planning process.

I hope the Builder has learnt from the experience and LTR is completed without the problems they had.

We actually visited SdeRoda at the time we were buying at LTR, our Agent wanted to show us the build quality, and it looked good to us.........

I am a pen pusher though !!

we too visited there and was pleased with the finishes. saw the same tiles that we are getting.
