Hi everyone who has purchased apartments in calanova sea golf. We bought 2 apartments in Block 3. Have just arrived back from Spain latest on completion is around Feb with occupation licence anything up to 6 months after. We bought 3 yrs ago and hoped to sell before completion but the problem is no one will market your property until it is complete. Viva estates have reduced commission to 3% but want 600E non returnable up front with no guarantees. Steve Gilbert has a great site on yahoo, check it out. Glad to help anyone if we can Gordon |
