Hi
This is the company we are using who were recommended to us by our Property Consultant, we are not sure about the cost of the Will as we think it might be included in the sale. You could send them an email.

Hi phase fivers, check out photo taken today (under lunamarII) of progress so far. This phase in particular is more advanced, with railings, windows & doors, and even the end apartment receiving it's yellow coat.

Hi phase fivers, are there anymore of you out there?
We went over 23-25th Oct to sort out NIE numbers. We spoke to Pilar about the timescale for phase 5 which is due for completion in March - However according to Pilar, she said phase 5 will be ready earlier, February or even sooner - Amazingly. She was surprised as us, as we expected at least a 4 week delay as per the usual. She mentioned that we could still complete on our original date (March) as this date is in the contract. We have uploaded some photos of our apartment 1b (top left) opposite sales office.
We spoke to our lawyer regarding the break-ins, and she was not at all surprised and she suggested an extra security tip with the sliding patio doors- to put sometype of screw in the middle of the doors where they meet, to stop them from being taken off, as she has experienced a similar fate when her sliding doors were simply taken off their runners....
So our next trip over will be sooner than we expected - hopefully for longer. Will be interesting to put faces to forum writers.

We looked around our house and only thing to go in are white goods and lights.Pool looks good so will upload pics asap. Cant get over how quick it has been built.Village is so quaint. Heard a rumour that farmer not happy about our fase 5. Rumour has it that the builders have taken too much land so end house ie mine and 1b above infringe on his land but I think the legals are sorting this out. Don`t know if anyone knows owt about it. Bye for now

Hi glenismatic
Lights. You can view and buy quite a selection from the shops on the almoradfi /delores road, where all the furniture shops are. There are one or two lighting shops which carry quite a collection. The other options are Ardy, Aki etc and the big supermarkets, Carrefour, Eroski etc

When we were looking for lights, we found the muebles and light shops were comparatively expensive. For instance we called into a large store just off a roundabout approaching Carrefour on the Torrevieja road. Saw light fittings in there, and then saw exactly the same thing in Ardy's for half the price. The light store also wanted to charge us 110€ (10€ a light to fit them). We bought ours at Ardy's and had an electrician fit them for 110€, and so saved quite a lot of money. We later saw some very nice lights at Ikea. It's really pays your money takes your choice. If you buy from a mueble you will be restricted to the choice in store, if you shop around and pick your own, well the choice is wider. Depends,I suppose how much time you want to devote to it.

have been watching postings about fase 3.All gone quiet about our completion date has anyone had any correspondance about our fase. Last we heard was from Pilar that builder is willing to complete but looking at fase 3 postings we need to wait for confirmation from estate agent. We have been in touch with ambasun who are processing our spanish mortgage so probably need to contact them. Amyone out there who has heard owt else would be interested in their comments

Hi,
From my observations, phase III and V look in a similiar state, complete except for a few minor things. I would have thought phase V is ready for moving in at about the same time as phase III. Get your solicitors/conveyancers/ agents to chase them up, if you're keen.

Hi,
We got back last week, after signing and spending a very busy week buying furniture and trying to get place sorted so we can relax on next visit.
Thank god for Handy Andy he did the lights, the shower doors, mirrors, cabinets, window security, changed the locks also the security grills. Would recommend him to anyone especially if you on tight time scale, his mum and dad live in Lunamar Phase 2 and are also lovely people. His number is 0034618498566.
Just like to say hello to all our new neighbours we bumped into whilst there everyone really nice and a sense of community, look forward to seeing you all again soon.
