Hacienda Marina
I tried to tell you to get out of it which you are entitled to do as they are in breach of contract. Also the way property is in Spain now there is no chance of making any profits on the properties. when and if they become yours. The country is flooded with properties for sale. Thank God we managed, after a grueling 18 months and living there for 6 months being told over and over by the developer that we were just waiting on the SECOND LICENCE we found out there was no such thing as second licence and to top it off for our block Rebalaje they have not even applied for planning let along the first licence. We were supposed to be in our property in January 2007 and as you know it is only the top block that is complete Yet there is no completion licence either for that. It would be impossible for them to be granted this with the state of affairs etc. there at the present time. After two lawyers and 3000 euros later we finally got back our moeny from Aifos and ran like h.ll. There is so many problems there and i would suggest to anyone who is worried just to get out and it is very easy to do if the developer is in breach i.e. not handing over the property on the completion date agreed. You can all be waiting for years and years. Remember also it is your money they have and what for?
