Breach of completion contract

Hollwoood hills breached completion contract on 30th April 2007.  From this point my contract allows for the bank guarantee to refund all my money plus interest at 6% since build licence in sept 2004.  The bank are not going to honour the bank guarantee and have told me that I will have to take them to court.

I am looking for other owners to join forces and take this action since the bank know that there action is highly illegal.  There has never been a stronger case for a bank guarantee to work, but they do want to give money back.  We need just one case sagainst them and the cost is split between all action off plan owners.

It appears the development was halted by the courts while an investigation into money laundering was conducted ("Operation Turron" if you want to Google it) and this is the reason the developers give for breaching the contract, and the development is now under judicial administration meaning the courts are over-seeing it.  Exactly how long it was legally halted for and whether this justfies the extremely long delay is now the question we are trying to get answers too, as well as a new completion date / contract.  So far neither the developers, nor the courts are responding to requests from our lawyer to provide these, and our lawyer has now told us there is nothing more he can do and we will probably have to take them to court, but he isn't prepared to help us on this.  So we're off to find another lawyer now who will hopefully not be as willing to give up!!

Anyone else go anywhere with their lawyer?
