PUZZLED ??

Hi Folks

We have just completed an inspection trip last week-end and have reserved  (by holding deposit ) an ALBATROSS semi-detached 53 . 6 , we were told that the property would be ready by October 07 but realistically it would not complete until January 08 due to all the legal jargon etc, we are quite shocked an puzzled by the letters that we have read. As we are due to pay rest of deposit on the 16 July 07 we are more than a little concerned.  should we get out now before a bigger financial committment we really love the area and the location we have choosen.

I THINK THE DATES YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN ARE QUITE REALISTIC BUT WHO KNOWS.

IN MY OPINION IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE AREA AND REALLY WANT THE HOUSE STICK WITH IT.

IM GOING OUT ON 11TH FOR ONE WEEK SO WILL HAVE A BETTER IDEA OF THE CHANGE SINCE I WAS LAST THERE (JANUARY) AND WILL POST REPORT WHEN I GET BACK.

WHEN IT IS FINISHED IT WILL BE A GREAT PLACE.

FRIENDS OF MINE WHO LIVE IN SPAIN AND HAVE SEEN SITES FROM START TO FINISH AND HAVE A BETTER IDEA OF HOW THE SPANISH WORK CAME HOME LAST NIGHT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS SAID THEY TOOK A DRIVE DOWN AND WHERE REALLY IMPRESSED.

IT REALLY IS YOUR DECISION BUT IF IT WERE ME I WOULD RATHER WAIT ON WHAT I WANTED THAN GET SOMEWHERE ELSE AND LATER ON LOOK AT THE PLACE I WANTED, FINISHED, AND REGRET IT.
