Are there any SG owners or local that would be interested in pricing levelling my garden and gravelling it as per the builder?  I have missed the deadline and would like it done once we get the keys.

I do intend to put flyers out as well as word of mouth, I have a few jobs lined up and will be converting my basement into two bed/ensuites. So if you need any jobs doing please get in touch by either knocking on my door @ 15-30 or e-mail me on tonybalsicas@aol.com  and I sure we will all be bumping into each other on S/G. Try the bars first.

I think all the spanish builders are spoilt for choice now and working on La Torre, they seem to be going leaps and bounds and even playing on there own golf course. Must be better pay!

Actually we are thinking about doing the basement also (Coming from a building background myself)

Would be interested in a price to convert the basement into 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a playroom with behind the stairs boxed off as a storeroom.   Can you guys have a think about it please and email me direct at jcampbell@iol.ie  ?
