Hola!

Just returned from sunny Spain (Monday 9th July) We are in block 27 phase 2 Thalassa. We were told by Phil (KeyMare) that completion would be Sept-Oct. After Sales told us more like Nov-Dec has anyone heard different?  Also just a piece of info everyone on the contract needs an NIE number and all must sign Power of Attorney, this includes children, they must all be present in Spain with their passports.

We are also in Phase II block 27  (duplex) We are heading over to spain on the 11th August for 2 weeks... supposed to be organising our newly acquired apartment!! but we were told  by our solicitor see thread on Completition.AUGUST.. MRI indicated Oct Nov and Phil said August / Sept to us...

When we get out there in a few weeks we plan to apply for our NI numbers and undertake our power of attorney we cancelled our trip in June based on the recommendation of our MRI agent as she said the one trip in August would do all as the apartment was not ready... she was not wrong there.... I am at the moment expecting Nov / Dec... even though the solicitor has indicated August...... I wish the developer would shed some light on all this and ensure they were all singing off the same hymntune.

Although our financial advisor indicated the solicitor is the main person and the first contact by the developer....cross fingers...

We have had no news at all re a letter or email... so i will live in hope. When we get over in August i will be pushing to view the apartment then. After this break i will not be off until xmas anyway so i don't actually mind waiting until xmas for the completition of the apartment.

I just wish they would communicate a definiative date to us instead of the customer always chasing information from them all the time it gets quite annoying when 2-3 different dates are hanging around and no one seems to be certain of any dates if you know what i mean.
