Hallo Everyone

It seems that Polaris have just started issuing completion dates on Hacienda Riquelme at long last. I know of two lots of peolpe with a date of 10th Oct and we have been given a date of 23rd Oct.

I just wondered if any of you at La Torre have taken up the Polaris offer to take over their mortgage and, if so, how it works in comparison to arranging one's own mortgage. I should be very grateful to hear how you got on.

we took over the mortgage and found the Bank very helpful and efficient - it was all arranged over email in 3 days.  When our lawyer was advising us she said it was a good idea as it did save us money and the rate was very competitive - of course in these days of buyers market for mortgages you may find cheaper elsewhere but this worked for us.
