Having recently returned from a visit to FSA, and reading some of the messages, posted on the message board, I ask the question are some of the owners looking through rose coloured glasses, or maybe need them to disguise the fact that after parting with their very hard earned money, that such a lovely development is by far from finished, if people are so concerned about the colour of the grass and the planting of some shrubs, perhaps this possibly distracts them from noticing the 2 inch tempoaray water supply hose and electric cables running all around the complex.
As to being on Generator supply and the reliabilty of the generator ie power failures let alone inadequate supply to allow the functioning of Air conditioning and the use of any lifts then perhaps the grass may be greener on another complex.
The indoor swimming pool and GYM are far from complete with tiles and ducting missing, the changing & WC area around swimming pool has not been cleaned and once again no water supply.
Security on the complex is of obvious concern as the main gates to garages have to be manually operated due the fact no electricity supply, and therfore security does not exsist, even in the form of security guards who do not investigate when cars approach the complex at night. Also the spate of burglarys and the apparent attempted mugging of one resident surely must ring alarm bells( if you can get a electric supply) in all future residents.
