Great news, the noise has stopped. 3 quiet nights, heavenly!!

Toilets and showers are now spotless, still waiting for the Pool to be cleaned but at least it better news

That is good news we are coming over in September to complete on appartment 123. Just out of interest what made the difference?

Bad news I'm afraid - the noise has started again.  Although at least it is earlier in the evening, and finished by about 1am - so it's late nights rather than sleepless nights.  I have now mentioned it to my solicitor so I'm hoping that will help to give the developers a nudge.
