Hi, my retired parents purchased a property with GoGo estates/Pozo del Esparto, since the development first began 4 years ago when they sold their house in England and have been living with friends and family and out of suitcases ever since.Not only did they pay 60,000 pounds deposit, they are also paying monthly storage fees for all their funrniture ect.They are also one of the buyers that may now have to have their house pulled down due to all the builders mistakes.If there is anyone who has any more information regarding Pozo del Esparto,please email me.
