I was on of these 'anxious buyers' who contacted the costa action group becausemy solicitor (although not that brill) has always told me that our complex would end up being part of the campaign (despite some other solicitors who said 'not'). The e-mail I have had back regarding our development is a big worry (as I knew it would be!). It is very likely that the builders will NOT be able to pay the unpaid taxes on the land. Palmera now trade out of a very small room at the back of the building costa del so and there are only two people left running 'things'. If anyone wants a copy of the e-mail  I have regarding the problems around our development, and details of who to contact for advise, let me know and i will forward to 'private' e-mail addresses only.

Gooner, just discovered this web site, I've invested along with my brother into block 10, over 5 years ago now! You seem to be well informed on the development, can I ask, from your knowledge to date do you expect the development to ever complete, if not do you believe deposits will be refunded, or have we lost our money?
