Baby Car Seat Hire - Recommendations Please

Is there anyone else who has purchased phase 1 and wondering whether or not to cancel in September and understands the procedure and possible outcomes?   Or when completion is due?

Hi, We have purchased in Phase 1 and have been told now that actual construction should be finished in July, with hand over of keys last quarter of 2008. Delay is due to the license for first occupation which can take these days 3-4 months due to the town hall bogged down with loads of paperwork. Compensation as per our contract has now been confirmed by Lar Sol by post, I'd be interested to know if anyone has had a different completion date up to now?

With regards to cancelling, we have been asked if we would like to cancel but have not been told there was a deadline as such. We have decided not to pull out as whilst we may make on the property price we would lose on the lawyers fees.

Is there anyone else that is thinking of cancelling?

We are due to visit in October to see how they are getting along.

We also purchased in Phase 1.  Lar Sol  also informed us  that the expected completion is in the Q4  2008.  The previous completion date was August 2007. The Promotor has 3 months at his disposal before starting to calculate compensation amount, so the compentation date now starts from December 2007.

I think this will be an Excellent Quality Development, so if you can keep it then do not sell.
