I tried to visit the site 4 days ago and from outside (they wouldn't let me in) it looks ready. All I can think is some final landscaping and services are holding things up but in my opinion it will be completing in a couple of months tops. No definite "Polaris" date though. sorry

Polaris World has the pleasure announcing that it is now starting the registration of a large part of its “El Valle Golf Resort” complex.

 After the complete handing over of the “Mar Menor Golf Resort” and with more than 700 units registered in the “La Torre Golf Resort”, we have taken the further step of handing over the most exclusive complex, not only in the Murcian Region, but in the whole of the southeast of Spain. We will start the registration as from the 21^st November and will begin with the clients in the Alcazaba building. After that we will continue with the Almudaina building and then the Phase 1 villas.

 At the same time, once the deeds have been signed, the Property Department will organise a client inspection trip for them to check the property.

 Our Customer Service Department will be available to coordinate with the rest of the divisions and areas involved in the laborious task.
