I have also bought a flat at Vera Playa.  Do you have furniture?  I know a company that can furnish the flat at a fraction of the price that MRI charge, and that includes installing air con.  If anyone wants anymore info feel free to email me on rmumtaz@hotmail.com.  MRI were ripping me off with the basic price at £12K.  I got it much much cheaper.

Has anyone managed to rent their place?  What is the best way to do this?

I have posted a photo of block B (second phase) taken from the road near to the sales 'office'. Unfortunately the picture isn't done justice by virtue of all the builders debris  but the picture shows that the block is finished and I can confirm that as I have just signed the title deeds.

Interestingly, the builders decided to change the colour for the second phase.

I've bought my furniture off MRI but it wasn't £12k. I wish I had stumbled on this site a while back though!
