Benefits of buying in cash ?

Hi I have just come back from Almerimar and called into a company there called design by Jarvis. I used this company for the furnishing of my apartment in Laguna Beach last year and the service was fantastic.

They now manage the property for me with no problems at all

The lady in the shop said that she was going to make a special offer for porto fino apartments as she as had a lot of enquiries for furniture for this development.

I am waiting to hear back from her regarding this so I will forward the price when I have it.  Or look for yourself on www.designbyjarvis.com

Dave - i had also called there, lovely lady she has emailed me her winter offer for the Portofino apartments, I was thinking if a few of us gathered together and went to her she may have given a larger discount especially if she was getting the sale of 5-10 apartments but no interest collectively....

We are not sure who we will use as yet.... the collections on the web were not that great but we are over in Dec and will pop down to Almerimar and shop around this time for furntiure... so i will keep the site posted.
