is there anybody disappointed with the views, we have brought in block 12.4d and was told block 14 would not obstruct our views but it does, has anybody esle been cooned by rushcliffe

I CHECKED THE LEVELS AND AM ASSURED THAT THE VIEW WILL BE OVER THE TOP OF BLOCK 14

i WAS ASSYRED THAT bLOCK 2 WOULD ALSO BE CLEAR BUT i HAVE A ROOF RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY VIEW

i AM ALSO HAVING TROUBLE GETTING PAID FOR THE RENTAL GUARANTEE. WHAT IS GOING ON

ours is just completing, so i dont no about how the rental works just, but any info you have would be great, especially problems, although i have heard you have to invoice the rental company

were you told that you would have a unspoilt view, when you looked around

I own the property 9d block 12, Even though I completed in Feb I've not visited since then so can't comment on the view. I've had to cancel visits in August & more recently this week beause they have not installed the furniture package they promised & I haven't received any rental income & think it is unlikely I ever will.

I completed on Block 2 last December.

The rental program kicks in 3 months after completion. That is: they pay quarterly in arrears.

You need to invoice them with a local company invoice it seems. I use my solicitor Enright Associates who are very friendly English and on the ball in my opinion. Sharon Edwards is the principle. They make a reasonable charge for this service

I have now had 2 rental payments and the 3rd is due shortly

The furniture package was late in arriving but they pay the rental guarantee even if they dont rent it. The problem is that you cant make use of the apartment for your chosen weeks until furniture is there.

The only way to really clear matters is to visit and check out thoroughly. Make your lists and ask about everything.
