Please see link below regarding a court case lost by a purchaser on Saturday (Green Hills, Santa Maria Golf, Elviria) but another one won yesterday (Los Lagos, Santa Maria Golf, Elviria).
Both develoments have identical legal problems (building licence suspended/does not conform to the Junta's 1986 original PGOU plan. Shows up on the new PGOU as having illegalities. Neither development has a LFO (Licence of First Occupation).
The judge on the Los Lagos case ordered purchaser's monies to be returned because of no LFO.
So there is hope for all who are considering going to court, despite this one case at Green Hills.
