Hi All,

We are buying in block 10 we have noticed that a few of you are going out to Spain to sort out your NIE form.

We have recently spoken to Polaris and they are going to help with our NIE.  As we understand it this will mean we do not have to visit to complete it.

They have advised that they will be contacting us in the next 1 to 2 months to start the completion process which will take about 5 weeks.

We haven't been out there since we purchased in October 2007 - how is it looking??

We went to the spanish consulant in edinburgh and got our nie numbers.This can be obtained from any spanish consulant in Britain

I am on Naranjos but I have just uploaded two new photos taken on 12 Feb 09 showing your area of the development and your outlook beyond, it is all looking good I have put the photos in the Photo section in “La Isla del Condado” option, dated 12 Feb 09.

In case you are not already aware most people on the forum who have bought or buying on Polaris World at Condado, communicate with each other on the Condado de Alhama forum just add this forum to your list using the add another development option at the bottom of your menu and search for Condado de Alhama then come and join in the chat.

Hi everyone

We have a ground floor apartment reserved in block H and keep hearing different dates for completion.

Originally we were told it would be December 2009 but have heard everything from March to July. Can anyone tell us when Polaris are likely to complete and want the final payment. Also interested in best mortage deals which needs to be in euros!

Hi Adrian and Linda.If you go onto the condado de alahama, forum there are comments that suggest, completion to be around 12 weeks, am going out on the 16th of this month, so will post pics, and progress, when get back, also hope to have arranged mortgage, with one of the banks by then.
