My wife and I have bought in Casares del Sol, immediately above Majestic Gardens. Are apartment overlooks the unfinished area between the your apartments and the Casares road.  We were on site 30 September when workmen were clearing up roof tiles etc in the unbuilt area of Majestic Gardens below CDS.  Does anybody know what the plans are for this open area?
