Not bought an apartment but liked the look of the resort plan and the location - on the shores of the Mar Menor. Seen a sign for the resort last year on the road to La Manga but could not see any building work. Maybe you are right - and this resort as been cancelled or postponed until after the credit crunch/recession.

we are in Condado Alhama from Polaris in a Penthouse frontline golf

We went past it 3 weeks ago and it looked like nothing was going to be happening soon.

If you 'google' it though, it does look as though you could still buy there !!

probably not in the first 3 years,i know a few people they are still busy to get there first payment back what seems not so easy so beware,you can alook at Polaris you can have goed discounts there,if you are interested i can bring you in contact with somebody to make in appointment in spain in 5 star hotel for free overnight en visit a few finisched projects

It is a shame as it would have been a great location I guess they were a bit behind the rest of the developments and paid the price.
