Finding solicitor

Hi

We are currently looking to buy in the Murcia region of Spain and the details on Royal Dream have been sent to us by Property World. THedevelopment also appears on several other webb sites. We have been assured that planning permission has been granted but reading some of the comments on the Forum we are now concerned.

We have a friend who has a Group Trampolin porperty on another development and we were very impressed with the build quality and it was certainly good value for money.

We are planning a viisit in January and our contact has said they would arrange for us to go to the development. We are wondering if we should go.

Can anyone update us as to when they might start on their build and what phase they have bought.  We have been given all the site maps etc. but we were under the impression that phase one was still for sale but this does not seem to be the case.  The price we were originally told was 168,000 but we had a phone call this morning  to say there was a new price list and they would e-mail it to us - still waiting.

Hi Madison, nce to hear from you and understand all your concerns.

We've bought (well reserved) plot 258 on phase one and have no regrets whatsoever. As you quite rightly say the build quality is excellent and the price, golf deal, chice of fittings etc is great.. We've also been to El Trampolin several times to have a look at the red Maca show house and tried to imagine the Royal Dream site in the same state of progress and it's a great feeling.

We were over four weeks ago and had our usual site visit to see the four show houses and ended up at Trampolin Hills to get as much info as we could. We met a nice girl called Maria (I think theyr'e all called Maria, even the blokes) and she told us there was only 15 plots available to purchase and I think these were on Phase 3.

The work is to commence in january next year and to run side by side with Trampolin Hills. I hope I've been a help to you and good luck.

Many thanks for info. This morning we received a list of outstanding plots available and there only 12!!!   There was a site plan attached and what plots are being released in each phase. We were suprised to see 2 plots were on phase 1. One was virtually opposite your plot on a trianglular shaped piece of land and on the edge of the complex, there is a red dotted line on this edge, is this a railway? It isn't a road and it says on it T.M. Campos  Del Rio and T.M. Albudeite. The people who sent the list were unable to help!! can you? 

We are in Murcia for 2 months in January and plan to visit the site then and hope there are still some plots. The 2 in phase one look interesting as we a have a touring caravan and it would fitted very nicely in a corner!!!

We have some friends who live on El Trampolin and they are in UK at moment. Met them for lunch and picked they brains on how they have got on. They have been in their macarena villa for a year and really love it. We saw it when they has only been in a few weeks and the pictures we saw today had all the gardens finished etc. It look ed wonderful. They are still having snagging problems (18)outstanding) but as they say 'it's Spain and manyana!' Their deeds are finally ready, there was some hic-up over a planning issue, but as they have not fully paid for the villa yet they seemed happy. They have also heard that the builders are moving onto Trampolin Hills in January. They are going home on Sunday and said they will try and make more enquiries. Will keep you posted.

I'm suprised to see that plot 293 is for sale. It's a great plot and was sold when we bought our plot. I think it wil be quite expensive being nearly three times bigger than most plots. The red dotted line is marked on the legend as 'PERIMETRO SECTOR ORDENADO' which I guess is the site perimeter. Keep us up to date B n C.

My name is Dave .... plot 51 Trampolin Hills, congratulations on your choice of a Macarena on Royal Dream ,some of you will have already read some of my threads on the Trampolin Hills forum,I was over Royal Dream etc and have posted the latest photo,s of the show homes, I suggest that you also add Trampolin Hills to your forum as its very interesting to read each others threads and you can see lots more photo's,if you dont fancy joinin the other forum just let me know and I'll post the latest pictures I took shows where the new solar panels are going to be fitted. I bought through Spanish Homes Abroad which I found very helpfull for a few reasons they say they wont be beaten on price ,they have a agreement with grupo Tramolin and get a special price for your deposit which is very low,also they ask a fortune to have a big plot which I had, but how ever they advised me to beat them down which I did,so I cant say enough good about them.Hope your all as pleased with your Macarena as I am, even more when its finished hopefully.
