Has anyone let there property either short term or long term? If so I would be most interested to know how things have gone and what agents were used.

Is there a market for rentals on this development? I was told when we purchased there would be but I'm not to sure. Again any information on this subject would be most welcome.

Lorraine Braid does a great job for me. She key holds, cleans and help with all sorts of matters. Very reasonable rates. She posts on here as arranleesmith.  Send her a PM,or look at her website.
