Kevin.....sent you a pm (hi's to Vera)
James....i'm sure we'll get plenty more chances....we're back over briefly for xmas with the family so when you are next out, we'll meet for a bite to eat and catch up (send our hi's to Linda).
Ken & Philomena....hope you're both well, thanks for the comments, we like a lot of other do get despondent, it's only natural when you cannot see an end in sight but by visiting the urbanisation and seeing what has taken place really does lift our spirits. That and the fact the sun has been shining, it's a balmy 15C over by us at the coast which makes golf all the more pleasurable.
Unfortunately, i think there is no middle-ground, you either have to go in to this with full commitment and accept the delays along the way, or you draw a line under the experience and pull out (which will be more demoralising in our eyes). If you try and get caught in the middle, you'll send yourself insane !!!!! What the middle ground does create however is differentiating opinions and that can (and i'm sure has) created negative personal opinions of those who ultimately, will be our neighbours, and which in the long run none of us I'm sure want to instill.
If it's of any use to anyone, come Feb 08 (and hopefully the licences) we'll be creating a 'blog' on our website with regular weekly updates of what is happening on site (and hopefully within SJG), backed up with photo's. Once again, if anyone would like their own personal update on their plot, just drop us a line.
Keep the faith
Us !
