We have a court date on 28.11.08 to try & recover our deposit but we wonder if it is worth paying the next lot of fees. Has anybody managed to get their money back ?

We got our money back but it was a couple of years ago and it took a lot of letters, emails and visits to different offices. So dont give up hope Have you checked out any of the other Aifos projects as there are people all over the place trying to get money back. Aifos Hipodromo is one to look at & Aifos Torreblanca there look at the message from gallagher

As  yoy may be aware AIfos yesterday filed for protection from its creditors.

In have asked EOS team to start a main thread about this so all info/posts can be collated in

1 place.
