“Obra Nueva” (End of Building work document)

Hi All,

I have just received an email looking for bank details to pay golf fees of approx €45 per month. Has anyone else received same. Has anyone received any other information on golf club and fee structure.

We have visited our apartment at the end of May and was also given 3 invoices for a total of 450 euros for golf fees by our solicitors. Although we purchased a golf share we still are required to pay around 50 euros per month. 

The restaurant and lounge area is 99% complete and we spoke with Gonzalez, the golf manager, he said they are now trying to get the restaurant open adverts have gone out to get someone to do this. As it is not part of the complex, and a separate buisness it is outsourced. Looks great but not useable as yet.

We have also been informed about the setting up of a community, do you know anything about this, we have a telephone number now of the president and will be contacting them shortly.
