Visited Lar Sol end Sept 2006 and took the attached pictures.
Lar Sol Staff advised that only 12 units of phase 1 remain to be sold. They also mentioned that they expected the licences for Phase 2 to be approved within days of our visit.
Lar Sol also advised that the Municipality are planning a second access road passing through the villas on the opposite side of the valley to Lar Sol. This would make a good route to Estepona as it would avoid the need to drive all way down to the next roundabout on the coast road, as is currnetly the case.
Lar Sol mentioned that arround 50% of the purchases are Brits.
