What's a 'ticker'?

Hi, is there anyone on SG who has signed over their property using Atlas with Procobar as the developer.

Recently our solicitor tried to contact Procobar (who are the company who signed our contract) but could not contact them as the address on our contract no longer exists.  He then contacted Atlas who also could not help and refered the solicitor to Masa.

If anyone has signed over their contracts with Procobar, could they let us have the recent address.  Also we have never contacted the 'Town Hall' directly, is it the Town Hall at Murcia that Sierra Golf comes under?

I don't know when you signed or what address you have, but we signed nearly 4 years ago and were given a new contact address about 3 years ago which is:  Procobar SA, CIF A-30226815, Finca Los Montesinos, 30590 Sucina, Murcia. 

Don't know if that is current as I haven't tried to contact them.

WE SIGNED AT MASA OFFICE AT ALICANTE (APRIL 06 ).. AND THE ADDRESS WE HAVE IS  Procobar SA, CIF A-30226815, Finca Los Montesinos, 30590 Sucina, Murcia.  WHICH IS THE SAME AS ( llamacalmer)..

Procobar, SA  C.I.F. A-30226815,  C/ Ronda Sur, 24.   30010 Murcia.

PS... HAVE YOU HEARD OF ANY DATES FOR M11 FROM YOUR SOLICITOR....AS WE HAVE BEEN TOLD IT COULD BE 6-12 MONTHS AWAY...IF ANYONE ELSE FROM M11 HAS ANY INFO PLEASE SHARE IT WITH US ALL... ITS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN FIND OUT THINGS FROM EACH OTHER....

i went and looked out our contract. this was june 07. the stamped bit says:

procobar S.A

C.I.F A-30226815

C/Ronda Sur 24

30010 Murcia.

no tel number i am afraid.

but i did a google search on the company and found this:

Notice of Order of initiating file penalty and accusatory document only continued against Procobar SA, the Directorate General of Environmental Quality.

For interest we signed through the post with Atlas date on top of contract is 28.10.06 a few days later I only have a copy not signed as the solicitor kept the original contract.

It states same as Chunx  in the small print it states they are registered in the business register of Murcia. 

It makes you think are they a figment of our imagination

Anyone on Sierra Golf seeing any builders???????
