Has anyone bought an apartment on the second phase in Tasos?

Have just heard this weekend they may be building a Disney Theme Park in Manilva in the next few years, and that property prices should go up more.

hi, disney is moving to spain , to manilva and so i`ve heard they have already  bought the land .it will be there in around 5 years time
