Sending important legal documents to Spain quickly

Hi everyone,

Looking to complete very soon, just been to visit Villapac for the furniture package, but left wanting to know a few more details.

a) Is there any outside lighting - or wiring for same

b) How many light fittings and plug sockets are there in the interior

c) Is there any storage space with the parking space allocated

d) Are there drawers in the built in wardrobes.

Any answers would be gratefully appreciated and i will owe you a pint.

Hi there

All I can answer is that a storage space would have been detailed on your contract. Not all apartments have storage but we had to check our origina contract to find out. And there were drawers in the wardrobes in the show flat so I presume there are . Mind you if I recall they were quite shallow in depth and I think about three of them. Sorry can't answer the other questions..........
