Hi! we're also in Block 4 and have just returned from staying in our apartment.
We are very pleased not only with our apartment but also with all the help we've had from Nel - (making arrangements for us as well as translating!) and also from Antonio who was very willing to help and put right most of the few remaining - relatively minor snags - we had. In fact, everyone we met there was very friendly and helpful. We have been assured that the green area in front of the development will remain as that - to be landscaped (plans confirming this have been seen at the Town Hall).
We attended the Inaugural residents' Meeting - unfortunately only 5 owned apartments were represented (it seems that 40 remain unsold). We understand minutes are being circulated to all owners.
