We've just been to visit our Spanish lawyer in London and he told me that another of his clients is also buying in Los Olivos, but unfortunately, due to divorce, is having to sell it.
He wants a quick sale and stands to lose 30000 euros if he sells back to the builder - however if he could sell it privately, then he would lose much less (depending on what sort of offer was made - bound to be less than original price) - so if anyone knows of someone who might be interested in buying at this stage, or buying it themselves (!) then get in contact with me and I can pass on details our lawyer.
