Cap and Collar Limits on Mortgages?

Hi,

Has anyone completed at the Marina  de la Alcaidesa? If so how have they found the finishing and is RosyFalcon dealing efficiently with any snagging issues ?

what do you think of the development ?

Can't speak for the Marina but I completed at the Birdie Club in June 2007 (Ros y Falcon development) and I am still waiting (9 months later) for my snagging to be completed despite numerous discussions, phone calls and involvement of my solicitor!! I also know that I am not the only owner experiencing problems. My advice would be to make sure snagging is done before completion. Since completion the development has been plagued by roof leaks which were not highlighted on our original snagging lists but Ros y Falcon is at least trying to rectify these problems.

Though am getting pressure to complete before the snagging is done !  Rosyfalcon want the snagging done after completion though obviously I am concerned that we will be waiting forever to get things done after completion !!!

i have completed two and there were about three snagging issues on each so far

overall quality impession pretty good so far
