We used MRI as our agents for our inspection visit & subsequent purchase. From the service (or lack of it) that we received, we chose not to use their property management service.

Originally, we applied for our mortgage through the broker recommended through MRI (CFP) but after 4 months of absolute dire service, we changed to another broker & cutting a very long story short, we ended up using the builders mortgage through Caja Murcia.

Using this option saved us €4000 approx in fees & the terms suited us.
