For Sale: Brand New Unlocked Apple Iphone 3GS 32GB for $380USD

We have just been informed by our building society that although our property on Manzana 5 has been completed on 31st March Taray will not be applying for the licence of first occupation until more properties have been completed likely to be August or September.  Our building society will complete once the application has been applied for but not before - is anyone else in this position?

I believe everyone buying has had there say with regard to this subject.

We are due to complete in July 08, but will not until thelicence is in place, even thoiugh others have without any problems.

Look on the bright side. If you wait for the LFO the pound may have recovered against the Euro saving you a bundle of money.

I am not completing until the LFO is in place.

I am on phase two so will not complete for ages but can you confirm - if you are not completing until the licence is granted does this then mean that you will not require your mortgage until you complete.  If so can Taray force you to complete before the licence is granted.

The developer cannot force a buyer to complete if n LFO has not been issued
