Parking in La Linea

I've just checked my bank account and Seasun have debited my account twice this month.

Before I get on to them has anyone else experienced any difficulties with them and who is it best to contact there

Experience to date is that they never respond to e mails or reply to telephone calls.

I have posted about this previously but the fact that 2 payments have been taken is correct.

They relate to March & April because the fees became payable as soon as the community was set up.

Future payments should go through on the 1st of each month.

There seems to have been a bit of a delay in the payments being taken as Luis advised me that one (for march) would be taken on the 31st March & the one for April would be taken on the 10th April.

We have never been contacted by Seasun regarding these direct debit payments. Do I have to contact them myself??  We only received one letter after the community meeting with the montly fees on it. There was no mentionning on how to proceed.  We do have a Spanish bank account so no problem there.

we have paid two lots of 87,21 euros - the revised figure issued after the community meeting - i assume these are for the periods 8th mar to 7th apr and 8th apr to 7th may and gather from noreen's previous info that the next will be taken on 1st may for 8th may to 7th jun

no sign of them taking the extra 100 (or prorata) amount yet

Before you do anything, check your bank account.

We did not give seasun the standing order form, nor have we ever given them our bank details, yet they have managed to take the payments anyway which is quite worrying!!
