On 4th Sept. San Jose sent an email to all its direct clients. For those who are not direct clients it reads as follows: I will go up and take a look on Friday of this week and post on Saturday.
Dear Direct Clients of San José:
I hope you are very well. I am just writing to update you in the situation of our residential in Jumilla. At the moment I would like to inform you that the Town Hall has approved the advance of the Partial plan for the first phase (see attached magazine local article), now it has to be taking to the Murcia Government, to be approve for them as well; to come back to the Town Hall in Jumilla, and stay there for a period of 30 days, in public exposition (by law); for the Town Hall to be able to give us the building licenses, ones they get together in a meeting. As you can see, all this process is very bureaucratic, and some times we can call them a bit political, here in Spain; this is mainly the reason why on occasions it takes longer, that what we have expected it. We can assure you that we are following all the legal procedures, as it corresponds and with patient. Please see attached official documents (winZip document), and a letter explaining the consequence of the receiving documents.
We would also like to comment that we understand that you wish to know more specific information about your property, but it is just difficult to say exactly at this time, if there will be any delay in the handing over of the properties, until we have started. We expect to be able to initiate with the construction for the end of September, or during the month of October. I will inform and confirm this later to you.
Apart from the cement mixer (see attached picture), there is also some trucks (cranes) that San José has gotten, with the objective to have everything ready, for when we can start the buildings in Jumilla; also we have mark the field and dig out some holes, to have the most advance of the Golf Course as we can. This is all the information I have until today. I will keep you inform, at soon as I will be receiving the information, together with the official documentation.

If you still have some questions, about extras/reforms; nies; (or confirmation of the location of the property in the plot, only for those clients who has bought an individual chalet in Jumilla), that I do not know, or have it as pending. Please let me know at soon as possible.
