arrive over on 28th. hope spain are still in it.sure didn't many a spanish sailor settle in ireland after their armada was blown off course.any excuse to claim a kinship seen how we are not there.
will the village be decked in their colours and will there be a big screen erected in the square.

Yes it was crazy here lastnight, as it is we cannot sleep as nights are 25-30 deg! Lastnight, the cars were hooting all hours and everyone were going crazy with the horns!! Lets hope we have a better sleep tonight!!

Well done the Spanish team. What was it like over there after the match? Were there any celebrations' and fireworks'? Hope there's still some party atmosphere when we arrive on 29th. All the best, Carol and Michael.

Yeah on the night it was a great atmosphere. We were in Formentera del segura at the time, it was buzzing there.
When we got back there was not much happening in Hurchillo, the fireworks etc didn't go on later than 1am. On the semi final night it was more of a hype!
Sorry to disappoint you, but it has gone back to normal, it was quite yesterday! I guess everyone was all partied out! This message was last edited by rash29 on 7/1/2008.
