I find Google translate seems to give me the best results on a sentence basis. Most translation tools translate a sentence literally, so it often doesn't make sense. Haven't tried this one yet, but will compare next time.

'Nice Translator' seems to mostly understand the context of the sentence, and therefore gives better results for us.
Even if you dont use tilda's and the 'ñ' correctly.
It also has a very handy firefox add-on which gives you the ability to drag highlight a block of on-screen text, then a right click option to instantly perform a 'nice' translation.
