Hi to all,

Is there a fixed date that the Agenda is closed before the AGM?

Our owners are worldwide and we need at least 4 weeks to close the Agenda and send out the relevant paperwork.

We do not want to keep adding items up to the meeting date but also want to abide by H Law.

Many thanks

28SAC

I think by law owners have to have a minimum of two weeks notice for an AGM and receive the paperwork.

I should shut up advising on community stuff...I have all the facts wrong...although I did say "I think".

Luckily Roberto knows what he's talking about.

I think you should take on the presidency again - it'll all come flooding back (and the nightmares!)

Our AGM is next week. I have an awful feeling - it could be me.

So are we legal to close the agenda 4 weeks before the AGM and not accept any more items?

Thanks

I don't see why not. The last item on the agenda is usually "ruegas y preguntas", meaning any other business, so if anyone has other stuff they wish to raise, not included in the agenda, that's their opportunity.
