Find History of House

HI,

last year we finally completed the purchase of an old cortijo in Velez Rubio(read our blog), we was interested in trying to find out the history of it and the area surrounding it. Does anyone know we could find out this information.

I'd go into the nearest bar and ask!

When we bought our place, we were very lucky to be given the old escatura (spelling never my strong point!) As far as I know they don't usually get passed on. Thinking on that line your escatura could give you some info.

Ask around. Some one locally will know about it.
