bungy

I am being fined 301 euros for not returning a completed form to Transit that I never received because the post office sent it back before I had collected my mail. Is there any recourse? I have written to explain and claim possible mitigation but they have ignored that and not even acknowledged my letter. By the way the request from Transit was to identify the driver of my car caught by speed camera. I see that there is some discussion as to the legality of this concerning human rights, anyone know more? Can I elect to go to court over this, it seems pretty unfair to me, and I see from this forum that the post issue has effected others as well. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks Ian.

Hi Ian, welcome to our forum.
Oh dear! Difficult for you eh? I don't know myself, sorry.
I need to say that HAD you put the subject matter as something related to what your question was about you might have got more members clicking on the thread. Putting 'bungy' wasn't the best way of attracting others attention. I'm WELL impressed however you found our driving in Spain section.
Hope you can resolve your problem, good luck.
