Route planner website

 Someone once gave me the address and name (which I've lost) of an excellent website which gives you hotels all along your selected route with live links to their reservations page.  Does anyone know which one this is, please?  Thank you,  Donna

 Thanks, Sue, but no, it's not.  I usually use VM but it doesn't give live links to hotels en route.

Try, http://www.viamichelin.co.uk/ or http://www.theaa.com/route-planner/index.jsp or http://www.drive-alive.co.uk/route_planner.asp or http://www.greenflag.com/routeplanning/ or http://www.multimap.com/ or http://www.uk.map24.com/ or http://www.rac.co.uk/route-planner/  I am sure there are many others.  We use the TomTom route finder, which has hotels marked, but that's only any good if you use a TomTom (I guess other SatNavs have similar programmes), but when just looking for somewhere at home planning a trip we use the Michelin site as it's easy to navigate and has loads of hotels marked.
