Has anyone recieved a refund because they were delayed during the ash cloud by Ryanair?
We were delayed for 4 days and returned home on the 6th of May.I did exactly what we were told by the Ryanair desk at Murcia Airport and submitted a very small claim with a covering letter and the reciepts stapled to it and sent it by recorded delivery to Ryanair at an additional cost of £5.13p
They replied to this by email and said we would hear from them in 28days.They then sent another email asking for the reciepts which they already had. Needless to say I have never recieved the refund which I understand is their duty to pay by law.I keep emailing but never get a reply.
I would be interested to know if anyone has had a refund.
