Do you really want to sell your property
The Comments |
With so many people wanting to go back to the UK, why am I having so much trouble finding houses. We have clients coming out but we just don't have enough properties to offer them a choice. If you want to sell your property in either Sevilla, Cordoba, Inland Malaga or western Granada provinces let me know.

Hi Caz,
I had my holiday home up for sale - Costa Blanca - I bought it for E214,000 plus 10% taxes 5 years ago spend money on it. I had it up for sale at E170,000 - had an offer of E150,000 but didn't accept. House in built by TM - excellent builders and is 5 minute drive to beach and shops etc on doorstep. We started to rent it out short term this summer and already have bookings for next year and over the winter. My point is I wasn't willing to give it away for nothing - perhaps other people are the same - I do agree that some vendors are in denial and still want to make a profit. Maybe other people are doing the same as myself and holding on to their properties - renting them out. Prices will never come back to where they are but maybe might improve 5 years down the line.

Why sell when you dont need too if we all keep holding on to our properties and dont sell then the price will rise quicker supply and demand takes over.
A good quality well positioned property will always command a higher price get it rented out be proactive try not to leave it empty treat it like a business.
Spain is still a unique place particulary in the south
Dont let these silly bargain hunters ruin your life guys
