Hi. Does anyone have a number for Vodafone which I can ring to speak to someone who speaks English, please? I have a problem with a billing account which I want to discuss with them. Many thanks. Marion

Hi there. If you live on the southern costa blanca, and can travel to Almoradi, the guy in the vodafone shop there speaks english and he was very helpful to me when I called in. As for the vodafone help line I have not heard anyone say a good word......

I've always called 123, they have an option for English.

Thanks for your posts. Unfortunately, this is a query for a friend about her invoice for a dongle she had from Vodafone to access the internet. Neither of us has a Vodafone mobile or number and therefore the 123 isn't for us. We have the same problem when trying to access customer services via the internet because, of course, they always want your Vodafone number to register for the site. Thanky you anyway for taking the time to reply. Marion

Your Vodafone dongle has a simm card inside and just like any other simm card it has a no which would be the be phone number if you were using it in a phone (this is not possible) We have a vodafone dongle on pay as you go and we have to quote the number to recharge the cost. The number is always on the receipt and also on the original contract. Also your software should allow you to receive SMS messages and if you pay, to send them whch would show your number up on the receiver phone.

Thank you so much - have advised my friend and, in fact, have arranged for the local Vodafone shop to ring the head office and connect to an English speaking operator so that my friend can explain her problem. I speak Spanish, but not so well when I can't see the person to whom I'm speaking! Muchas gracias.
