Has anybody bought property from BLUE MED INVESTMENTS. Propertied in the Mojon Hills Resort are silly cheap. I am suspicious, anybody bought from them what's the catch?
If anybody has had any experience of them I would be grateful to know.
Thanks

I got villa from them,
they are as good as it gets.
It takes some time to sort things out but it s all good in the end.
The prices are down cause Spain is in crisis so grab your bargain now and dont fall for the guy above here :-)
PS Blue Med Invest is the principal seller for Mojon Hills so no one else can offer you a better deal.
They have new web site now and I recommend them to everyone.

:-) ,
this is just my opinion and you take it or leave it ,
thats said in a friendly way .
If I said something wrong than correct me ,
please...
If you want links to properties that I mentioned back in the UK I will get you them.
PS It goes on my nervs when I read comments like 136 is costly :-)
If I had the spare money I would immediately buy one of the apartments on top cause I have never seen better views no where else.

I don't know about Blue Med Properties and prices on Mojon Hills, but I do know that you can get a good deal on Roda Gold, for a two bed apartment at 85000 euros. These are pretty high spec apartments so I agree 135 does not seem that cheap to me either.
The properties on Roda Golf were sold originally for 240000 euros completely unfurnished.

For 85 is not possiable to buy at mojon hills.
are we talking about inland property for 85 ?
If yes you can get inland property for 20 to 30 grand
if you really want to ...
Most brits buy old finkas for 20 to 30 grand in EUR and renovate them.

Roda Golf - not Roda Gold as I first said - is VERY close to the Mar Menor. Certainly within cycling distance and possibly walking distance. I have stayed on it and the facilities are very good and the specs of the apartments are high. I think if I were looking to buy in the Murcia region - I would go for one too.

What ever you buy with that company of yours,
You stil wont have the see views like at Mojon Hills
and you still wont have 33 beaches with first beach starting 500 meters walking distance only:-)
And your rather Gold can be called rather Platinum or rather Dimonds
and you still wont convince me to buy a property in Spain without see views like at Mojon Hills :-)
Mojon Hills Views are the best in Spain
prove it that they are not and I will buy tomorrow one property of your rather Boss :-)

Each to their own. The Mar Menor is a rather splendid part of Spain, and the rental potential is good. But no one is even suggesting you buy there, we are just pointing out that at the moment 135 is a lot for an apartment in Spain. I can buy front line sea properties for less than that in Almeria.

I was in Almeira
and it s not a town I would want to buy anything.
To far away from Major airports to lost in the south and still no views like at mojon hills.
I been the cost up and down at mojon hills is just perect .
You get what you pay for.
Buying in almeira is like buying in middle of nowhere,
its good for tourists and for pensioners and thats it...
Mar Menor & La Managa are alife only in Summer ,
during the winter is like a gost city ...
Still Mojon Hills is the best and still this topic is called BLUE MED PROPERTIES
so I support them ...

You do know that Almeria is quite a big chunk of Andalucia don't you?? And that Almeria is a city?? And actually quite an interesting historic one. Interesting that you write off the most successful part of the Costas. We must all be wrong then - hey ho.
Enjoy your hills - I will stick to the mountains of Analucia thank you very much!!

Andalucia is beautiful no doubt about it and I love the Mountain View
but 136 grand for see views and exclusivity like at Mojon Hills is not much ...
Really not much ...

Lovely! Which one does the Queen Bee live in? All the other drones coming out of their little cells to visit. The view would have to be pretty spectacular to make living in a little box like that worth it.
